Extended Family Shoot | St. George, UT Photographer

One of my absolute favorite extended family sessions! Fall is coming up and that is prime family photograph season. I am only taking 2-3 families during Thanksgiving week this year! Back in the day I would bust my bum and do 10-12 shoots and I never got to enjoy my own Thanksgiving with my family, so this year I'm really cutting back. IF your family is getting together for the holidays, don't wait to book!

October and November are my busiest months of the year because of family sessions. I will only be taking 1-2 sessions per week so I can manage the turnaround time for your Christmas cards and holiday photo gifts. The last date for photos to receive them by the first week of December is November 24th! Anything past that date and I won't be able to guarantee a faster turnaround time than 3 weeks.

Here is a sample of just a small portion of their family session with me, and what you can expect for your own extended family session. I do a lot of different combinations as well as individuals of the kids if parents want them. If you'd like to see more galleries featuring different locations, give me a quick email film@jostlyn.com and I can send them over!

Kaycie + Scott

You know those types of people you just feel so happy being around? These are your people! It was seriously the windiest session I've ever been on and if you know me, I'm paranoid about wind. I hate shooting in it because it eats up my time for good shots and I feel like my clients are stressing, and I'm stressing, and it's just a stressful situation. So we get to the shoot, and it's basically the only time we can do it because I traveled up north for this session... and I'm just feeling all sorts of down about the weather, but honestly, Kaycie and Scott just rolled with it and look how awesome these are! (If I do say so myself). Their love just took over and we had a great time.
